| Items in stock will be despatched, wherever possible, within 3 working
days of receipt of your order unless indicated otherwise, provided
payment is by Visa or Mastercard. Orders paid by cheque will be
despatched when your cheque has been cleared.
GST All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclude
GST. If your order is placed from within New Zealand, GST will be added
to the price at the checkout. Orders placed from overseas do not have
GST added to them.
Deliveries within New Zealand
Deliveries within New Zealand are sent by mail or courier - you get to
choose which when you place your order.
Deliveries outside of New Zealand
International orders are charged in New Zealand Dollars, converted at
the exchange rate prevailing at the time the payment is processed by the
bank. The cost of shipping to destinations outside New Zealand varies. A
standard flat fee is added to your order at the time of placement but an
additional charge may be made to cover the cost of shipping if it
exceeds this amount. . Import duties and taxes you may be liable for are
not included in the purchase price and are your responsibility, if
imposed by the country in which you take delivery of your purchase. Some
goods may not be available for purchase from some countries. If this is
the case we will contact you to let you know.
Track the status of your order in real time
If a product is out of stock we will let you know - and tell you when
you can expect delivery. You can track the status of your order at all
times by logging in to your account with your ID and password and
clicking on History.
You are welcome to return damaged and faulty goods.
Should you wish to return an item, please email us at shop@homebizbuzz.co.nz with the order
number in the order confirmation email we sent you, and a description of
the problem. We will let you know how to return the item. The cost of
returning the goods is your responsibility.
Returns and refunds You can return any faulty or damaged
goods within a week of receipt and we will replace them, subject to the
following conditions. If a replacement cannot be made, we will fully
refund your payment.
Software If you have problems loading software please
email us at shop@homebizbuzz.co.nz.
If the product is defective we will replace the item with an identical,
functioning one. Software loaded and found unsuitable cannot be
returned, so if you are not sure if it's right for you please ask us
before you open the box. You can download trial versions of many of our
software products to eliminate this risk - see detailed information
about each product.
Clothing Provided the item is returned in its original
condition, we will exchange wrong size clothing returned within a week
of your receipt of your order, for an identical item of the size you
prefer.
Consumer Guarantees Act Home Business New Zealand complies
with all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Cancelling your order You can cancel your order prior to
it being despatched by emailing us at shop@homebizbuzz.co.nz, quoting your
order number and reason for cancellation. HomebizBuzz clothing is made
to order and cancellations cannot be accepted if the clothing has
already been screen printed.
