"Sustainability" used to be something only corporates really paid any attention to. However, for many small businesses, clients are demanding good environmental practices - but does that mean anything to do with print is naturally bad?

Don't get lured into attracting business purely on price. Customers usually make a price-based choice if there are no other factors to take into account. Give them good reasons to do business with you (one's your competitor's don't or can't) and win business based on these.
